मान लें कि छात्रों की कुल संख्या = 100
60% छात्र लड़के हैं। इसलिए लड़कों = 60, लड़कियों = 40 की
संख्या में लड़कियों ने 40 से अधिक अंक प्राप्त किए हैं। लड़कियों के 80% = 80% में 40 = 32
%। कुल अंक पाने वाले छात्रों की संख्या = कुल छात्रों का 60% = 60
इसलिए लड़कों की संख्या जिन्होंने 40 से अधिक अंक प्राप्त किए हैं = 60-32 = 28
लड़कों की संख्या जिन्होंने कम स्कोर किया है = कुल लड़कों – लड़कों (अधिक स्कोर) = 60-28 = 32
अंश = (कम स्कोर) / कुल लड़कों = 32 / 60 = 8/15
